We moved into a new build home almost a year ago, and painted the walls about 3 months back. Since then, we have found three spots in random areas of the house (internal and external walls) with very subtle water drops/streams on the surface that you can only see if the light hits it just right. It almost looks as though someone has been spilling on the walls, but we have no recollection of that and the carpet does not appear to be stained. It rubs off quite easily with soap and water. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this? Should we be worried about leaks or anything serious? Thank you!
