Unable to open e-mail attachments?

Hi, I am facing some issues with email attachments. My current email provider doesn't allow me to open email attachments. Why is it so?

I am using Email.biz. because its very fast and secure email service .I never had any problem .They have also provide paid & free shortest email address. You can make your email address with your name , business for $9/- year.
