Im in a lesbian relationship, and it seems that everything I'm doing just keeps hurting her. We have a bit of a past, and it still hurts her, as she thinks about it often. I try my best to be there for her and make her happy, but she continues to tell me about different problems I'm creating.. Is it my fault we argue so much?
Um, I'm in a relationship right now and I just keep messing up.. I need advice, really badly?

We have Saturdays as date nights, and according to her, they never go right. I'm trying really really hard to make sure I don't screw up.

People do not understand that there are things in life that cannot be fixed!
And those things you need to let go!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is nothing that can be done, no go backs, timeouts, instant replays to go back and do over, time machines, tunnels, so on.
It is just as I said!
You have to let go of things that cannot be fixed!
BTW!
If you think the problem is eating away at you?
Think again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What is so hard to understand??????????
Yes! there are relationships where yes! 1 should bail!
But! relationships clearly!
Are not hard, difficult, complex whatsoever! The old philosophy!
Is this: "keep it simple (somebody!)!"
Unfortunately!
There are people that have this desire, need, want for "control!" in a relationship.
This is not unusual.
In some "not all!" relationships.
The 1's that are in need for control in a relationship "not all!!!!!!"
Are the 1's that either bring about physical or verbal abuse!
When that happens!
there is your signal that the other is in need of control!
Not to be confused when both are arguing and words are flying!
In that area!
Do be careful in what you say!
It could "still" end up as verbal abuse!!
The calling of names in particular!!!!!!!!!
Relationships are not a (rocket) science!
Plain good old-fashioned,everyday!
COMMON SENSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm so sorry it's not working out. I was in the same situation. I didn't want to leave her, but we never ever could have an entire day where something wouldn't mess up. It was sad and hard, but in the long run things got better once we were apart. We're both in different relationships (it took her 2 years =( ) but I'm so happy for her. Some people just aren't meant to be together. It's sad, but true. Good Luck!
If she's not happy with you, but you ate trying your best, she isn't right for you and you aren't right for her. I'm sort of at that point myself. I just don't think I can make my boyfriend happy, and he can't support me the way I need it. :( I feel for you if that regard. Trying your hardest and it not working. But in the long run its better for both of you.
