When I was a kid (now teen) I watched this tv show but there's not much I can remember about it. But here's what I do remember. It's a cartoonish tv show and there're like element people things. The good guy- he is like a water drop figure I guess and can control water I think? And create it? And there's these other good guy I don't remember. Bad guy- he can control fire and create it I think as well? And I'm pretty sure he worked for this guy. When I say work I mean do as what he says. There are other bad guys and good guys but I don't know how to explain the a no I can't remember them. I hope this was enough detail! Please help!
