Currently homeless in Toronto, ON but have a full time job and have $+ deposit. Though trying to get a place without previous landlord or current residents seems impossible. I dont want a crappy neighborhood or place. I want a nice apartment.
? Do I have to go through "help" & "assistance". Can potential landlords deny me a home cuz I'm homeless? What's my best solution?
