A few years ago, I watched a Vocaloid cosplay video that included Ritsuka from Loveless. All I remember is Ritsuka and Len goofing off while Miku refused to share some kind of food item; watermelon I believe. Does anyone know where I can find the video?

Where was the video? YouTube? Niconico?
And have you tried searching those keywords in google?
It's also possible that the video was removed, but do you think it was on Ritsuka's channel/profile?
If not, maybe trying these things might work.
