My cats bought in a pigeon and have been chasing around the bedroom :/. I don't know how long it has been here for because I just got in. I have thoroughly examined it and it has no injuries and is capable of flying. I have put it on the trampoline (12ft, lots of room) with a high net and is open at the top so it is protected from the cats. It has been there for 30 mins and wont fly away, I don't want to leave it to die. What do I do?

Nothing you can do, pidgeons have teeny tiny brains. Once it gets over the shock it'll probably sort itself out and fly away. Don't worry about the poor thing, such is nature and nature will take its course. I hope it flies away and I'm certain it will, just let it be and it'll all sort itself out.
