Okay, so im willing to give you a pokemon, I only have a Quilava (Cyndaquils evolution) if you want a cyndaquil to finish your Dex then get an egg, its female so you should be able to breed it with anything and get a cyndaquil. Although im not 100% sure how to us the GTS -.- Its level 26 as well. I have heaps of poekmon then just ask and i might give you one depending on what it is of course. Just tell me how to use the GTS and stuff like that.
just go to the pokemon center and talk to the girl upstairs on the right hit global trade and click deposit pokemon put in the cyndaquil (you can't put up eggs) and for an axew lvl 9 under male and then your done
