Getting to the point, my husband is a tow truck driver for a company in south Texas they have a contract with AAA. In his area its him and one more driver, so calls are suppose to be split within them. As my understaning they mainly do tows they have a service van for roadside assistance but that another guy takes care of that so he doesnt do any tows. From January 2017 to the end of the Year December 2017, on my husband pay stubs the YTD says $25,335. The other driver which he considers a "friend" his YTD said $39,225. Why is it such a big difference??? My husbands weekly checks use to come out to $700-$1000 and now they go from $480-$600 .Fyi we had a feeling the other driver was making way more then my husband but we didnt think it was that much. Fyi the other driver is family related to most of the dispatchers and is related to the owner of the Towing company (not AAA). Yes i am thinking they give the other driver more calls and its not suppose to be like that. Your opinions please!
Fyi my husband started working for them September 2016 the other driver started 3 months before my husband.
