on january 15 i had sex, the condom broke, i took plan b 5-7 hours after, 13 days later i had sex, the condom broke, and i got pregnant, who would the father be, the first or second guy?

Likely the later dude, because semen takes 1-2 days to pregnate the egg and you have that time to counteract against it in the most cases.

However it is possible for either one of them to be the father.
I'd put a wager of 80% likelihood to the later guy.

its the second guy because it takes about a week to get pregnant and if you wasnt pregnant then that means he's not the father but you had sex again and now you pregnant so it's the second guy

The first guy also can be the father... sometimes the tablets doesn't work. I know, because one of my friend take the medicine and after she was still pregnant.
