He's okay now but should I be worried he is eating and running around.... I am just worried
I would call your vet and explained what happened. He could be fine but to be on the safe side call and get their opinion because he could always have inner bleeding.
Call a vet to make sure he's OK. I think probably he was unconscious for 5 minutes and then moved again . . . still, make sure you get him to a vet.
