... turn them into the IRS for failure to give it to me. (They were giving me the run around for 2 weeks, and even said they weren't going to release it until mid February) Anyways they have a phone call recorded of me saying this and are now saying I "threatened" them. Can they legally do anything like take me to court, press charges, etc? Thanks
