You are suggesting that choices make people, and people make choices, both in the same sentence. You need to get straight about what you are trying to say.

Proverbs 13:20 says that "the one walking with the wise will become wise, but the one who has dealings with the stupid will fare badly". A wise person applies what they know is correct. A stupid person knows what is right, however continues to do what is bad. An ignorant person has not gained the knowledge necessary to determine right from wrong, so they make poor decisions.
