hey, i am 22yr male who just began to do some exercises at gym and workout and i am try to acheive a goal of making my body to look good.
can anybody suggest me any exercises i can do in gym and good food/recipes i can eat to make my body (abs, thigh, chest, shoulder, legs, back, hip, ass and etc)

The classics are the best for free weights. Bench press, incline press, leg press, quad extension, ham curls, lat pull downs, squats, and barbells for biceps and triceps. Do high weight, low reps, but lots of sets.
For abs, do bicycles, leg raises, and planks. Try to avoid sit-ups, as these can be hard on your back.
Food: Eat meat, eggs, and vegetables. Lots and lots and lots of them. Try to avoid wheat, grains, and anything in the bean family. Steamed brown rice is okay, just don't overdo.
