this printer was sold to me as a new item. as i opened the box i noticed it seemed a little shabby for a factory package. hooked the printer up printed the documents i needed printed. later i was looking at the paper work and found someones insurance statement in my paperwork. after putting all this together i figured out someone had purchased this printer they sealed it back up and sold it to me as a new item. i think i can prove this. is that not against the law and can they be facing a lawsuit for such a thing?
i think you folks are missing my point. after about a dozen pictures i saw the color light flashing last night. putting used merchandise on the shelf to sell as new should be against the law. i could have purchased a used printer at the thrift store for 10 dollars. i mean i see it this way...if they would do a printer that way what else are you buying there that is used? may as well go to the thrift store to start with.lets say that had been a toothbrush.
