I was wondering how does the internet get its dictionary? do I need an RFC?
if I had 2 communicating parties on the internet accepting XML handshake and if I had to define an internet coined word inside the XML example : XML contains "DOLLAR VALUE" wherein the word "DOLLAR VALUE" is coined something on the lines of the internet. this word thus will become the defining verb for any dollar amount accured or displayed on the internet.( BITCOIN was a fantastic example.)
To Coin a new word on the internet against a "dollar amount" do I need an RFC ?
