this is expecially favorful this is alot to do with with cutting carbs calories right along with sugar you cut your carbs by reading labels it will tell you how much fat carbs and calories along with sugar is in the food you eat if you eat 1 cup of what your having say one cup of fruit one cup of vegtables and one portion of the main dish your cutting calories carbs protein to good protein this will be a good way to lose weight walking 30 minutes a day and gradually adding to it sets for great weight loss fiber helps your stomach feel full in return you won't eat alot this will help you maintain your weight
