He could like you. He talks to you and worries about you the only person that would worry about someone is a crush if you aren't friends already. And if he looks at you he is probably interested in you because of the things he is doing. Also, ] I am not sure if I am right or not but that could be the case so just see if he does more things that could indicate that he likes you and If he does those things he probably likes you.
