The performance of a computer if the size of the cache memory is double the size of the ram?

"Performance" has no particular definition. You have to define exactly what you are measuring and how you interpret that to be "performance". Cache memory might be a section of ram or a separate bank of memory. It's relation to all ram has no particular effect on performance.
