The outside of our residency is very dark and the street lights are not enough. Our relatives are scared while they visit us. Please suggest some options.

It's answering a question with a question but are they frightened of the dark? Of falling over? or of the neighbourhood? The reason for the fear would determine the answer.

u could use some cfl bulbs and decorate ur houses with lights or complain to the munipality about the poor street light system.

Is there any reason why you have not already fitted some outside lights?
They are relatively cheap and easy to install, if you are not able an electrician shouldn't charge very much for fitting.
If it is too scary for them to visit you, how about you go and visit them?

Do you live in Mogadishu, Baghdad or Kabul? Some idea as to why the location is thought of as dangerous would be helpful.
