It's depends on many factors. A normal healthy person can clearly view objects at 6 meters in distance. In very clean air eyes see clearly for 50 miles. In a strong rain or snow storm, visibility can go down to a few feet. On a dark night, you could see a candle flame flickering up to 30 miles away.
