hi everyone
i jus wanna know if the diet i follow through the day is good enough to have a healthy life and not putting a lot of weight on?
i start my day with workout(no cardio jus normal exercises) at gym for hour and half and have breaky as 5 eggs white with one yolk only and two Indian Chapati and cup of skimmed milk. then in lunch 3-5 chapatis with the curry(lentil, pea, beans, potato, cauliflower, zucchini etc. any of these). then in dinner i have 3-4 chapati and curry again n thn cup of milk may b after a while. i drink 2 ltr of water in a day at average and dont eat junk or outside food. have chicken once or twice in week as dinner. i dont drink water with food at all. thats almost what i have. sometimes only i have snacks like samosa. and have 5-10 cups of greent tea atleast in a week as i said atleast.
