is there anyway i can reset my 2 in 1 tablet/laptop its on windows 10 and i downloaded somthing which had a virus on there? ever since that virus meet my device i cannot acces my settings which has all off the restting options along with microsoft edge? and my main windows menu thanks everyone who helps out laptop is a day the laptop/tablet is a day old its a 10.1 inch THAAAAAAANKYOOOU

As much as I hate to utilize outside help, here is what I would do:
1. go to the Microsoft website and see if they have an answer.
2. If you live in a big enough city, go to a Microsoft store during the week they try to act like Apple stores and will often help you out.
3. Utilize a reputable repair company such as Best buy's geek squad.. They charge a premium because they can actually solve some real puzzlers. Just don't use them for basic stuff.
