I was play in a tournament and the dealer flash a card to a player, and from the SB i went all in and the BB call, the dealer instead use the flashed card from the player burned another one for the flo. me (99) BB(KQ) on the flop A9J burn and a 10 comes, burn and a 6 on the river.
how you address a situation like that?
