Just above my right Testicle seems to inflame when I don't use the bathroom for a long period of Time, or when I poop. If It keeps growing in size it starts giving me sharp pains. ( Figured out when I didn't pee for 30 mins after knowing I had to pee and it inflamed quite a bit )
