I moved into a house and now I will be evicted with little warning I wasnt given.a tenancy agreement and its proving hard to get the landlord to sign it. What can I do about this situation what are my rights?

well when the landlord doesn't want to do things legally it sounds like a scum landlord to tell you the truth sounds like he rented it to you and wants to bounce you and have someone else move in take their money and do it all over agian with the next person go to the landlord tenant act on the web they will have a good idea on what to do about you might have to take it to court it might be your just a noch in his belt loop
