Telling girlfriend I have a job oppertunity in Australia?

Hi,

I have been offered an interview for a job in Australia, if I got the job I wouldn't be leaving until the end of the year, I'm afraid to tell my girlfriend that I would like to move to Australia or that I have an interview on Skype tonight as I am afraid that she would be upset or be put off of our relationship if she thinks that I want to move away for a better life, I would love it if she would come but she said she wouldn't move away until she is 25 (6 years away)  but I may not get this chance again, what should I do?

Have a long talk with your gf. Slowly slide in the job interview you had and discuss the pros and cons of your job, and the pros and cons on where this job is putting your relationship. If she understands and approves, then go, but if she disapproves and it's your 'dream job', I say leave her and pursue your dream.

You want to grab the opportunity.. but having prob. with your girlfriend? it's a choice anyway pray for wisdom on what to decide. Make a decision not because of you girlfriend or yours but you decide because you understand why, so that you won't regret anything.
