... always rooting more sleep. I feel exhausted throughout the day. However, when the weekend comes and I wish that I will sleep in late and be able to sleep a lot--I don't. For example, I go to sleep at 11 at Friday night, yet I wake up at 8 or 9, and I can't go back to sleep, even if I still feel tired. This has been going on for several months and I really need help because I feel like I haven't gotten any real quality sleep for a long time.

Hi! I too, have the same problem. I usually go to bed late, and wake up early because its a part of my routine, which I've tried to change. My advice to you would be to slowly start going to bed a little earlier. Like one night try for 10:45, strictly stick with it for a week, and then try to go to bed at 10:30, etc...Hope this helps!
