Many people get acne at your age, it's pretty common. Start by keeping your face clean.
Wash your face with a warm wash cloth to get the dirt and grime off. Avoid taking long hot showers, in fact it's better to take warm showers instead of hot showers, just warm enough to open your pours to release the toxins and then rinse with cold water to close your pours and use soap (of course).
Avoid touching your face and avoid picking or scratching your face to prevent scaring. Contrary to popular belief, chocolate is good for your skin. Look up some homemade recipes for chocolate face masks and follow their instruction don't buy one at the store.
A good diet and exercise routine is also a great help. Sweating is another way for your body to filter out the toxins you ingest from things like junk food and even any toxins in the air you breath like car exhaust, just remember to wash your face after exercising.
Your acne could also just go away after puberty, but following the basic tips I gave you will help.
wash your face twice a day with warm water. First, in the morning after you wake up then another one before you go to sleep. Use mild and dermatoligically proven soap or facial wash. Then avoid touching your face with anything dirty like your hair or hands. And avoid using too much face powder, avoid if possible. Just use a gentle facial tissue.
Even I was facing the same problem so what i would like to recommend is actually Seek advice from a great Skin doctor.
Do not depend on natural home remedies.Although they are doing work with a few, although not for those. No need to worry even if you retain obtaining, acne breakouts pores and skin might type marks.(although they are doing diminish as time passes, however it challenges a person, therefore prevent them)
My personal issue obtained solved along with Isotretinoin however this may be the last measure in almost any acne remedy.Simply because little else helped me personally. This particular medication has numerous negative effects too.First talk to your Physician, question regardless of whether you must take this or otherwise.
Might be your condition isn't "that" serious and that he may recommend some thing moderate however efficient.
Diet plan performs an over-all part within pores and skin wellness however it doesn't have immediate impact on acne breakouts development or even acne remedy.
I use apple cider vinegar when pimples start popping up on my face. It helps to dry them up and get them small. I use it with a cotton swab or cotton ball and get it wet with some of it and blot/rub it on the acne. I would do this every night before bed. I don't wash my face in the morning but you probably should. I use Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar. Make sure you don't touch your face with dirty fingers or hands.
Good luck !
i have had severe acne, dark marks, and scarring since 8th grade and i am almost 20 years old now. it is JUST NOW starting to go away because i laid off on ANY products that say its for "acne treatment" and stuck with mainly natural soaps like clear foaming wash or something like the neutrogenia clear face bar with is only $4. and i started using all natural essential oils. (rosehip, tea tree, almond, peppermint, grapeseed). try to avoid soaps with scrubby beads in them and products with salicylic acid because those typically make your face red, burned, dry, and irritated. the way the companies make them is to make you keep breaking out so you continue to purchase them and they continue to make money. and also, youre not supposed to be rough with your face, even when washing. your body works from the inside out so anything you ingest that is toxic HAS to come out somehow (through urine, through your pores) so you have to make sure youre hydrated, lots of water. lots of dark greens. dont forget to use moisturizer, even if your face is oily, it may sound funny like "why add oil to oil?" but believe it or not natural oils balance out your oil glands and help them produce the right amount of oil, not too much not too little. try not to wear makeup or chemicals when you dont have to, your face needs time to breath and is tired of all the products. and the most important thing, STAY ON A ROUTINE. it takes almost 3 months to see results in any self treatment, so stick to it. dont give up. wash your face day and night, dont sleep in makeup, and use oils.
