I have a Acer Iconia tablet and yesterday it kept on freezing every 5 minutes or so, i thought it was because of the app so I started watching videos on youtube and it kept on freezing. Today its freezing every minute or so i tried clearing the cache of the apps and nothing happened. I tried to do the update but it wont let me do it! it says theres an error. if you can help me i would appreciate it thank you so much !!!!!!!!

I turn the power off and then a few seconds later i turn it on and sometimes it just stays like that. i wait for a few minutes and it never turns on! So i turn it off and on again it works but it gets on my nerves :( help me please <3
Restore to factory settings, this may mean deleting all the apps you've downloaded. If that doesn't fix the problem then you have a hardware issue and your only recourse is to either take it to the shop and send it off to be repaired/fixed or buy a new one.
If you choose ot restore to factory settings make sure you've backed up any data if possible and that you know your nicks and passwords for any apps or software you've installed on the device.
