I am playing flute in concert, marching and pep band in my middle school currently. My band director wants me to switch to trombone because next year we will combine with glen este middle and high and we don't need 37 flutes. As a flute player i use treble clef but i know trombone will sometimes use bass clef, so what can help me learn it quicker

I too had to learn treble to bass clef. I am a trumpet, French horn, and flute player who decided to pick up piano, where you use both clefs mostly.
Piano was the easier way for me to learn. Seeing to two side by side made it easy to compare since many notes were technically the same note, just on two different clefs. Just remember that reading bass to treble means moving each note up two whole steps (bass clef A=treble clef C) and vice versa (treble clef F=bass clef A)
