My metabolism is super amplified to the point i can eat anything, everything, all day, everyday and never exercise and i have not been able to gain any weight.. I am always hungry and can't seem to keep up with the calories i burn on a daily basis... It's like my body is constantly in Hyperdrive. My calorie intake is 10x that of a normal average 23 year old male my size and extra curricular activities... Please help me understand what this is, and how to slow it down. I have been trying for 3 years.. everything i can find i have tried.. every time i try. it seems to get worse

In bengoli there is a phase "Khide Ghoom Bhoi, joto barabe toto hoe.".
This means hunger,sleep and fear can be increased by our will.
If you keep on increasing the intake it will go up and up. Your body will make itself compatible with time.
To decrease this you should control yourself. Now the question is how to do it.
First : Make a chart and see how much you eat and when you eat (Count only the times when you take a proper perfect meal, leave your snacks time ). let's suppose you eat 4 times a day. At 9am , 2pm , 6pm and 10pm. (Actually I eat all this time hehehe.)
Second : Now try to reduce the quantity bit by bit. Means if you take 4 chapati every time, so for first 3 weeks go normal then in the 4th, 5th and 6th week start taking just 3.5 chapatis per meal and so on.
Thrid : When you come down to just 2 chapatis a meal start vanishing a meal time. Like the 6pm meal is worthless. A normal human should eat three times a day. So. continue the previous procedure for 6pm meal only and leave the rest as it is on 2 chapatis a time.
Note: Do not increase the snacks intake during this. Keep it as it was. After acheiveing this goal make a chart for snacks and start reducing it too.
