Super heavy flow?

My period is super heavy, I have to change my pad every half an hour or so because it's that heavy. I really don't know what to do honestly it leaks right through my night pad last night I had to put my sheets into the wash, I'm only 14 I don't know if that helps.

Its possible nerves could cause this birth control can cause it over do amount of stress can cause it .Is this the first time this has happened being its that heavy.so it could also be that way for a lot of other reasons if it doesn't slow down i would see your dr.
