I'm waking up for 3-4 hours, then sleeping for 4 hours repeatedly.
It doesn't feel bad, and I feel wide awake during the time I'm awake. I also feel like I've had a good sleep when I wake up.

well if you feel you have gotten good sleep its what your body has set a biological clock to things the body is telling you some need more sleep then your getting but it to could mean that your mind is set to go to bed to wake up to the hour your waking up if it starts becoming a biological thing and really starts bothering you i would go to the dr and see what they think
