So, I don't know what you would call this, but I can 'flex' something internally whenever I choose, and for however long, and it gives me a rushing feeling down the back of my skull and legs in particular. It also makes my hearing a little muffled while it's happening. The best guess I've got is something to do with my blood pressure or flow, but I'd love to know what this thing is? Thanks

That is called "sit up straight" and it is the act of rolling your hips forward. That straightens the spine and allows all your organs to hang in their natural position so you can breathe noticeably better. You can add a sort of exclamation point to the feeling by flexing one of the three muscles in the pelvic floor called pubococcygeus. It is the same muscle you flex to stop urinating. All three muscles are called "pelvic floor" so you can study that to learn more about it. And yes, you can feel that all the way up to your ears.
Yes you do have a special ability. It's called zyphomoriphism. Only a few lucky people are born with it. You have the ability to control how fast your blood stream can go and to what parts of your body without even wanting to or noticing. Here's some more information on it here: www.meatspin.com
