So I have 3 wires. When wire #1 and #2 are connected that complete a circuit and do something. I only want them to complete the circuit when wire #3 is powered. Is this possible to do? Is there some sort of small device to do it?
Stop wires from powering something when other not powered. (READ BELOW)?

So it would be like a switch but instead of pressing buttons it uses electricity
