Still itchy?

I was  diagnosed with poison oak over two weeks ago the rash is gone however my skin is still itching in the morning and at night.  And I time my skin seems to flare in patch areas but other than that no rash .  What is it? When will it be over?

It takes time to get over something like poison oak it can make the skin dry which only may still itch till the area is moisturizer you could try this will help with the itch till it totally goes away to the point of no more itching.
