A six sided die can fall six ways. You can count the various cases.
1. P(greater than 3) cases 4, 5, and 6, so P = 3/6 = 1/2
2. P(even AND at most 4) cases 2 and 4, so P = 2/6 = 1/3
3. P(odd OR at least 2) cases 1, 2, 3 and 5, so P = 4/6 = 2/3
4. P(odd l less than 4) cases 1 and 3, so P = 2/6 = 1/3
