I rented my apartment in Spain to two lads
There contract went up last month but hadn't paid any rent for the previous 3 months.
The original two lads who signed the lease are believed to have gone back home but in the mean time we think there friends have moved in
The locks have been changed and most of the Windows have been smashed in.
Do we have any leg to stand on to get them out ?
