You shouldn't take any at all. Just eat healthily, lots of fruit, good vegs, a small amount of meat and drink water. If, and it's a big if, you are doing intensive training such as for a marathon or competition then you should talk to a nutritionist. Supplements are a mugs game and will do more harm than good. Your first port of call for any advice on food for fitness/training should be an honest doctor or nutitionist and almost all will be happy to give advice free of charge.
