The apartment I will be living in next year is $2100. I and a girl will be living in the master bedroom (own bathroom and walk in closet) while the boys will be living in a regular bedroom. The master bedroom is maybe almost a third bigger? But the master bedroom also shares a wall with my friends living room (he lives right next door), so I believe I will be hearing his sound system at night. How can we split the rent fairly? I was thinking 1100 for the master and 1000 for the regular. Or should it be 1150 and 950? What is fair? I know people will tell me to just measure the square feet, but a ballpark answer would be nice.
