I spilled sparkling water on my keyboard. not much, but a decent amount.
quickly got a napkin and wiped it down. Still works.
Only keys such as: Q, W, E, T, Y, U, I etc are not working. Basically that whole row of keys below the row of number keys don't work EXCEPT for the 'R' key.
What do I do?
I don't really want to buy a new keyboard.

*Sparkling MINERAL water. Natural mixed berry flavor if that helps.

A keyboard has a sheet of plastic specifically to protect the circuit from spills. that sheet is broken in your keyboard, and there is nothing but to buy a new keyboard. Keyboards are less than five bux at Goodwill, and less than fifteen bux new at amazon.com, so it is not a big deal.
Ok, you got lucky. But remember that your keyboard is still broken.
Mmmm... sorry but you're wrong here actually. Woke up this morning and decided to try it out one more time. Magically the keys started working. Just like before.
No need to buy a new keyboard.
