Sound is weird and headphones aren't shown?

I have a Toshiba Satellite NB10t-A-101 windows 8.1 laptop. My headphones are plugged in and when I play something the sound sounds weird. When I click on playback devices my headphones aren't shown and it just shows my speakers. When I disable my speakers
