Someone claims to be someone I met from another life should I be worried ?

Some people believe in reincarnation or a form of it. The thought of this belief is, whatever you were in a former life, that is if you were something higher, then you would come back as something lower and vice a versa.
However The Bible, which is God's word says, about the first man Adam, at Genesis Chapter 2:17 "But as for the tree of the knowledge of good and bad, you must not eat from it, for in the day you eat from it you will certainly die.”
Then after Adams failure to listen to God's, it says at Genesis 3:19 "In the sweat of your face you will eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken. For dust you are and to dust you will return.”
This information was plain and simple, there was nothing about an after life or secondary life stated.
If someone thinks they knew you in another life, most likely it is the one they recorded in their mind, from something they saw, heard, or listened to in their life's journey. Almost like a deja vu.
