There is loads of coincidences that occur, which suggest dreams forecast the future, or what is to come, but no solid evidence. Really, I think if you have lucid dreams, where you control your actions, then there's more of a chance of the dreams having meaning. Because it's like you're directly interacting with your dream. Although you should take dreams how ever you want. If they seem real, then... It could just be a coincidence.
