Some kind of silvery balls appeared in my cake when opening aluminium cooker after bake time?

I baked a cake in an aluminium pressure cooker for about 30mins, when its done i opened to see a well baked cake with some silvery balls on the top of the cake, i cant recognize what it is, and dont know where it came from, pls do help

It sounds like it may have to do with your aluminium cooker I would call the company that makes them it needs to be brought to their attention.
