I use English as my second language when I study a book there are some words which I need to practise them several times normally I find them in a dictionary now my question is this do you know any software to help me to arrange the words I extract from dictionary to store and can retrieval them for more practising ?

Thank you so much for your guidance, I could store and retrieval my desired words and the information in Notepat ++ as you said , but still I need to store voice pronunciation and retrieval them yet the “ define word “ ascent is British I prefer American accent voice pronunciation, would you please guide me if know ?
