Everything I tried looking up only talked about quitting soda or how bad soda is for you etc.
I drink diet Pepsi [I'm not trying to quit drinking diet soda], it's the only soda I seem to like these days, I also drink either low-carb monster or Zero Nos energy drinks. But I don't have cravings for energy drinks the way I do with Diet Pepsi. I know some people say it makes you crave sugar etc. but I don't crave sugar, I crave diet Pepsi.
My point, is when I don't have it, before I can get to the store and buy more. How do I handle it, sometimes the cravings are very strong other times I can care less, it's not just the caffeine, it's the soda itself.
And don't worry about the aspartame part, I've read more about aspartame than most people. I know exactly what it is and I support aspartame completely.
I drink green tea, it's stronger than white tea. Also, diet pepsi does not have sugar, it is sweetened with aspartame, which has been used since the late sixties or early 70s and has been independently researched in over 200 countries. Aspartame is not sugar.
Thanks for trying but I already know all of this. It's not really sugar that I crave it's the soda itself. I can easily stay away from sugar as long as I don't have them around the house.
