ok i have taken test online and they said i have a high level of social anxiety. I'm school I'm the quiet girl in the hallways and classroom but when I'm with my friends I'm not shy at all. when I'm presenting something in class you can hear the shakiness in my voice and i figged and (worst of all) i start to have tears in my eyes. this can also (sometimes) happen when I'm asking my teacher a question. i avoid to talk to adults and "popular" kids. in party's i just follow around my cousins and usually don't talk. in school ( other than my friends) I'm known as the extremely shy girl. please help.

Don't worry, this happens to many people and it can be changed.
The most important is that you understand what causes this and it is completely normal. I think you should google Dr. Elaine aron's interviews and lectures.. She did lots of research on people who have a different nervous system that makes them react differently than others, her book is called The Highly Sensitive Person.
It was very helpful to me, it helps to understand that it is something we are born with and to stop blaming ourselves. People will usually just tell you to have more confidence but I know how unhelpful that advice is. Only when we can understand how our nervous system works and accept it, we will be able to start making small changes and eventually you will overcome this.
Good luck
