SOC. SEC.i am 63 and have a pension paying me $60K per year. will I have to payback any of my SS $?

Nobody outside of SS is qualified to answer that for sure. AFAIK you don't get benefits cut unless you EARN an income. Just receiving payments is not earning an income.
